We had used Unique Bedrooms previously and they were our first choice following some house renovations this year. The... design process was very good, the designer Greg Sears was extremely helpful and offered some great suggestions in terms of design, the photo realistic drawings and plans that were drawn up made it very easy to visualise the space. Installation was done within the time specified when we ordered and was quick, efficient and very well done. I would have no reservations in recommending the team at Unique and will certainly be using them again in the future.read more

I have been amazed at the level of service and quality from unique bedrooms! We had a wardrobe built on our main... bedroom earlier in the year and we have now commissioned a second! The quality is amazing and Greg has been amazing with getting in to do measurements and draw up plans.read more

We had two fitted bedrooms from unique bedrooms which were designed by Gregg and fitted by Stuart From start to finish... the service was fantastic and nothing was to much even when i changed my design of the doors and draw fronts. The order was filled on time and Stuart who fitted them was fantastic very polite helpful and tidy I couldnt be happier with my bedrooms thank you unique bedroomsread more

We ordered fitted bespoke wardrobes for three bedrooms from Unique. From start to finish the people we dealt with were... amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the result is fantastic. Every phone call and question was answered so assuringly and we made a great many changes from the first drawing and our initial ideas were transformed to suit us perfectly. There was no hard sell and our visit to the showroom in Dunstable was very worthwhile. Stuart the fitter was a pleasure to have in our home and he removed the original wardrobes etc and replaced with great skill and a smile at all times. What an amazing service. Greg was kind, friendly and approachable while designing fitted furniture for a bedroom. He... maximised the use of the space and the result is a really top quality, professional finish. Massive range of colours and styles etc. Fitted with expert precision by Stuart with a shorter lead time than Sharps! The price was better than them as well!read more

From initial consultation and visit to their humble... showroom/workshop we had high confidence that this was a team of passionate and dedicated master craftsmen. We had 5 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes from Unique Bedrooms, including a bespoke fitting for a fairly awkward loft... space. We couldn't be happier with the results. The service was superb from visiting Greg at the showroom to all the measurements and fitting/installation. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality wardrobes.read more

Right from the first phone call from Greg I felt I was in the right hands. Greg listened carefully to my requirements... and quickly came back with comprehensive plans. I wanted fitted wardrobes and storage in our third bedroom which is very compact. Greg helped me make the most of the space. Stuart came to do the fitting and was very obliging in going out of his way to be helpful. I am absolutely delighted with the finished results. The materials used are of a first class quality and it was fitted beautifully. I enclose a picture, but the rest of the room is still waiting decoration. We were very pleased to find a local company in Dunstable (Unique Bedrooms) who fitted our wardrobe in our second... bedroom. We visited their showroom and were greeted by Greg who showed us around. The quality and craftsmanship of their wardrobes were of a very high standard. The service they provided was excellent. Greg visited us to carry out measurements and designing the wardrobe. He was very accommodating and patient with regards to our requirement despite our many changes requests, nothing was too much trouble for him. Once we had agreed on the price they allocated a date which suited us and they delivered the wardrobe on the day they promised. Stuart their fitter arrived punctually on the day and worked efficiently and completed the job on time and left the place really clean and tidy. The Wardrobe looks amazing and we are very happy with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Stuart and ask for him if ever we decide to have any other jobs done by Unique We had two other quotes which were cheaper but Unique’s quality and Greg’s expertise persuaded us to choose Unique. We would highly recommend this company.read more

Andy and Ann ( September 20) Like so many of us this year our holidays were cancelled, so we decided to spend the... money on home improvements, wardrobes being one of them. Having completed the circuit of wardrobe providers bespoke / standard, Unique Bedrooms stood head and shoulders above the rest in regards to quality and customer service second to none. Greg took the time to understand our requirements in regards to the two completely different designed wardrobes, offering sound practical advice, identifying where our ideas could be improved on. There was no high-pressure sales technique as we had experience in other shops, Greg’s approach was here the price consider your options, the plans were drawn up and emailed promptly with the option to discuss and finalise. When we visited the showroom the quality of the wardrobes was very good, and by far the best we had seen, we have since ordered two additional units to compliment the original order. Nothing was too much trouble and Greg was only to happy to discuss any aspect of the order. The fitter Stuart, was great, on time, completed the work well, tidy job well done , even with our odd shaped ceiling. Finally, to Stuart the MD and owner thank you for an excellent product and a great team. So, I would Highly recommend the company, especially if you want a quality product and great service.read more

If you’re thinking about having new bedroom furniture fitted, you need look no further than Bedrooms Direct. We have... just had our beautiful fitted wardrobes installed and they are truly stunning. The quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are literally the best I’ve ever seen in this type of furniture. However, that is only part of the story. The customer service provided by Greg matched the quality of the wardrobes. He talked us through every detail of the design process and once we had made our choice, he made up a very detailed 3D design with all dimensions included. We decided that we wanted to change part of the design and this was no problem at all. Within minutes, Greg had emailed the new design which we were then able to approve immediately in order to get the manufacturing process going as soon as possible. He even managed to shift their very busy schedule around in order to fit in with the rest of the renovations that were being carried out to our property. As I say, literally nothing was too much trouble. When the fitter Stuart arrived to do the installation, he was very friendly, very efficient (the entire job was completed in half a day!) and did fantastic job Incidentally, these wardrobes were fitted as part of a complete home renovation and that obviously meant many different contractors working in our home at different times and every single one of them commented (totally unsolicited) that they were extremely impressed with the style and quality of the wardrobes - and family and friends have all said the same thing. The most common comment? "We now have SERIOUS wardrobe envy!" We would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone. Fantastic products, fantastic customer service, incredible value for money. What more could you ask for?read more
